RBC Sells Nearly 158,000 Shares of FormFactor

Royal Bank of Canada reduced its stake in FormFactor by 26.9% during the first quarter, according to the company's latest SEC filing.

The bank sold 157,742 shares of the semiconductor company's stock during the quarter, leaving it with a total of 428,907 shares worth approximately $41.6 million.

This change represents roughly 0.55% of FormFactor's outstanding shares and indicates that Royal Bank of Canada remains one of the company's largest institutional investors.
