RBL Bank Unveils $1 Billion Foreign-Currency Debt Programme
RBL Bank has approved a $1 billion Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) program to raise funds via foreign-currency debt securities, subject to regulatory approvals.
The programme was established under Regulation S of the US Securities Act, 1933, and will allow RBL Bank to issue securities worth up to $1 billion through one or more transactions from time to time.
The bank's board has authorized its Borrowing Committee to take necessary decisions and actions related to the EMTN programme and future issuances.
