Revolut Lands Banking License for French Arm

Revolut, a global fintech company, has secured a full banking license for its French arm, Revolut Bank SA (RBSA). This move comes after a joint assessment by France's prudential regulator, the ACPR, and the European Central Bank (ECB), with the decision adopted by the ECB Governing Council.

The license will enable RBSA to serve customers across Europe, starting with France, with other European markets including Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, and Spain to follow in due course.
