Royal Bank of Canada significantly increased its stake in Dollar General Corporation (NYSE:DG) during the first quarter, according to the financial institution's latest Form 13F filing with the SEC. The fund purchased an additional 20,366 shares of the company's stock, bringing its total holdings to 2,723,506 shares.
This represents a 0.8% increase in Royal Bank of Canada's stake in Dollar General Corporation and accounts for approximately $323 million in value based on the current market capitalization of the company.
