Rupee Gains 3 Paise to Rs 95.34 Amid Wait-and-Watch Approach
The Indian rupee opened flat against the US dollar on Tuesday, but managed to gain 3 paise to trade at Rs 95.34 in early deals.
Market participants were cautious ahead of the Reserve Bank of India's (RBI) monetary policy decision.
Anil Kumar Bhansali, Head of Treasury and Executive Director at Finrex Treasury Advisors LLP, expects the rupee to remain in the Rs 95-95.50 range due to stable oil prices and dollar index.
