Russia Sets Euro Exchange Rate, Eyes 4% Inflation Target

The Central Bank of Russia has set the official euro exchange rate at 97.7626 rubles on September 15.

E.Nabiullina, the central bank governor, outlined the trajectory for interest rates in a move to bring inflation down to 4% by 2027.

The economy is expected to continue growing moderately in the third quarter, while the key rate will remain at 14% per annum.
