Russia's Central Bank Lowers Dollar, Euro Rates Amid Slight Yuan Increase
The Central Bank of Russia has set new exchange rates for September 4, with the US dollar and euro experiencing slight declines against the ruble.
The official rate for the US dollar is now at 86.8872 rubles, a decrease of 0.1091 rubles or 10.91 kopecks from its previous value.
This marks a 0.13% drop in percentage terms, and once again brings the dollar below the 87-ruble threshold.
The euro also saw a decrease, with an official rate of 100.5980 rubles for September 4, down from its previous value of 100.8287 rubles.
This represents a decline of approximately 0.23% and keeps the euro above 100 rubles.
