SEDA Experts Bolsters Expertise with Former Federal Reserve Bank Examiner

Dante Tosetti, a seasoned financial expert with over 25 years of experience in bank regulation and risk management, has joined SEDA Experts LLC as Managing Director. Mr. Tosetti's extensive background in credit risk, regulatory compliance, commercial lending, and risk management will undoubtedly enhance the firm's expertise in these areas.

In his previous roles, Mr. Tosetti served as Chief Executive Officer of BAC Community Bank, where he oversaw credit administration and lending activities. He also held positions at Beacon Business Bank and Liberty Bank, where he played a key role in remediation efforts that led to the bank's release from a public enforcement action.

As a former Federal Reserve Bank Examiner, Mr. Tosetti has a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management practices. His expertise spans bank examinations, credit administration, fraud, BSA/AML compliance, and concentration risk management.
