Aleph Farms, an Israeli company, has made history by receiving regulatory approval from Singapore's Food Agency (SFA) to sell its Cultivated Thin-Cut Steak - AlephCuts. This marks a significant milestone for the global food industry as it is one of the most notable developments since cultivated meat first emerged.
Singapore becomes the second jurisdiction globally, after Israel, to approve cultivated beef for human consumption. The approval makes Singapore the first country in Asia to allow the sale of cultivated beef products.
