SoftwareOne Surges Ahead in H1 2026 with 11.6% Revenue Growth

SoftwareOne Holding AG delivered strong half-year results, with revenue growing by 11.6% at constant currency and adjusted EBITDA margin expanding to 24.9%. The company's like-for-like revenue growth was driven by a combination of factors, including increased demand for its software and cloud solutions and the successful integration of Crayon.

The company achieved CHF 100 million in run-rate cost synergies, exceeding the top end of its announced target range. It also identified additional synergy opportunities of approximately CHF 5-10 million, expected to be realized in H2 2026.

SoftwareOne's Executive Board has been expanded to bring leadership closer to customers, partners, and markets. Regina Manfredi has been appointed President Americas, Rico Andreoli will lead EMEA, Varun Paliwal will oversee APAC, and Guðmundur Aðalsteinsson will become Chief Channel & Ecosystems Officer.

The company's FY 2026 revenue and adjusted EBITDA outlook remains unchanged: mid to high-single-digit year-on-year revenue growth at constant currency with an adjusted EBITDA margin above 23%, and cash conversion above 60%.
