Solution Dynamics Limited has continued its efforts to adjust its equity base through an on-market share buyback programme. The company recently acquired 12,000 ordinary shares under this programme at an average price of $0.5997 per share.
The transaction, which took place in New Zealand dollars, was conducted as part of a board-approved capital management programme announced in March 2026. This move forms part of Solution Dynamics' ongoing efforts to manage its equity through market transactions.
The repurchased shares are set to be cancelled, which will slightly concentrate existing ownership and may support earnings per share over time. The cancellation of the shares marginally reduces the free float by about 0.0846%, indicating incremental capital discipline without significantly altering shareholder structure.
