Sri Lanka's Rupee Appreciates Against USD Amid Steady Exchange Rates
The Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) has announced that the US Dollar selling rate remains steady at Rs. 332.00 as of August 31, 2026.
This marks a slight appreciation for the Sri Lankan Rupee against the US Dollar compared to last Friday's rates.
The buying rate of the US Dollar has decreased from Rs. 323.51 to Rs. 323.42, while the selling rate has also slightly decreased from Rs. 332.66 to Rs. 332.48.
