The Swiss National Bank has reduced its stake in Alexandria Real Estate Equities by 23.9% during the first quarter, according to a recent SEC filing.
As of the end of the quarter, the bank owned approximately 307,800 shares of the real estate investment trust's stock, worth around $14.28 million.
The value represents about 0.18% of Alexandria Real Estate Equities' outstanding shares.
