Swiss National Bank Takes $4.5 Million Position in Legence Corp.

The Swiss National Bank (SNB) has taken a significant position in shares of Legence Corp., a provider of engineering, consulting, installation and maintenance services for mission-critical systems. In its most recent filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), SNB revealed that it purchased 79,700 shares of LGN's stock, valued at approximately $4.5 million.

This marks the beginning of a new position in LGN for SNB, which now owns 0.07% of the company's outstanding shares. Several other institutional investors have also made significant changes to their holdings in LGN during the fourth quarter, including Janus Henderson Group PLC, Westfield Capital Management Co. LP, Vanguard Group Inc., Munro Partners, and CI Investments Inc.

LGN has had a strong year so far, with its stock price up 185% since its IPO. The company's revenue in the most recent quarter was $1.04 billion, up 105.2% from the same quarter last year. Analysts have been bullish on LGN, with several giving it a 'buy' rating and a price target of around $100 per share.
