The Tour de France saw several penalties issued by the race jury for rule infractions during various stages of the competition.

One notable case involved Tom Pidcock, who received a heavy penalty for colliding with a team car in stage 15. The British rider was fined 200 Swiss francs, given a 10-second time penalty, and deducted 15 UCI points and 15 points in the mountains classification.

Other riders also faced penalties for receiving food or drink from team cars in designated areas, with fines ranging from 200 to 1,500 Swiss francs. Team managers were also penalized for their roles in these infractions, including a fine of 2,000 Swiss francs imposed on Steven de Jongh of Lidl-Trek.

The penalties underscored the importance of following the rules and respecting the competition's regulations to ensure fair play among all participants.
