Treasury Issuance Cuts May Send Stronger Signal

Meghan Swiber, managing director of US rates strategy at BofA Securities, believes that the US Treasury can send a strong signal to the market by cutting issuance at the back end of the yield curve.

This move would have more impact on the market than other measures, according to Swiber.

She also discussed what Fed Chair Kevin Warsh may say at Jackson Hole later this week.
