Trump Tariffs Spark Third Lawsuit from Coalition of States

According to a statistic from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, American consumers and businesses paid 90 percent of the costs of tariffs in 2025. Connecticut Attorney General William Tong expressed frustration with the repeated attempts to impose tariffs, stating 'Two losses in court should have been enough to get the message across.'
