Trump's Tariffs, Iran War Fuel Record Inflation Fears
Federal Reserve Chair Kevin Warsh has warned that the central bank may be forced to take action if inflation does not decrease. This comes as President Trump's war in Iran reaches its six-month mark and his trade tariffs with Canada contribute to higher prices on both sides of the border.
The conflict in Iran, coupled with the ongoing tariff dispute with Canada, has led to rising consumer prices. Warsh stated that if inflation does not cool down, the Federal Reserve may need to intervene to address the issue.
