Türkiye's First Unified Travel Marketplace Unveiled by TravelDistro

TravelDistro has launched Türkiye's first API-first B2B travel marketplace. The platform unifies six verticals, including tickets, tours, transfers, car rental, eSIM, and hotels across nine destinations in Türkiye.

With one API key and prepaid balance, travel agencies can access the services of 33 partners across these verticals. This reduces fragmentation and replaces separate integrations for each product line.

The platform currently processes about 38,000 quote requests per day and serves around 60,000 passengers annually. It supports multi-currency pricing in Turkish Lira, US Dollar, Euro, and British Pound.

TravelDistro's founder, Alper Tekin, emphasizes that 'travel distribution works better as infrastructure.' He notes that the platform is designed to behave like a modern payments API, reducing brittle connections. The platform also includes features such as idempotency keys for safely retryable requests and machine-readable error codes with human explanations.
