Ukraine Cuts Dollar and Euro Exchange Rates Amid Strengthening Hryvnia

The National Bank of Ukraine has set new official exchange rates for the U.S. dollar and euro on August 28.

The hryvnia strengthened against both major currencies, with the U.S. currency falling by 3 kopecks to UAH 44.54 per unit compared to August 27's rate of UAH 44.57.

The euro also declined in value, dropping by 15 kopecks to UAH 51.85 from UAH 52.00 on the previous day.
