The National Bank of Ukraine has updated its official exchange rates for August 5, 2026. The value of the US dollar decreased by 5 kopecks to 44.74 UAH, while the euro fell by 11 kopecks to 51.53 UAH.

For comparison, on August 4, the dollar rate was 44.78 UAH, and the euro was 51.64 UAH. This suggests a moderate fluctuation in exchange rates.

The average buying and selling exchange rates in Ukrainian banks as of August 5 are: US Dollar - 44.43 UAH (buying) to 44.94 UAH (selling), Euro - 51.21 UAH (buying) to 51.80 UAH (selling).

In exchange offices, the average cash rate is: US Dollar - 44.63 UAH (buying) to 44.75 UAH (selling), Euro - 51.35 UAH (buying) to 51.55 UAH (selling).
