Ukraine Hryvnia Weakens as Dollar and Euro Rise

The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has adjusted the official exchange rates for the US dollar and euro, causing the hryvnia to weaken. As of July 28, the NBU set a new rate of 44.85 UAH per USD, up from 44.80 UAH on July 27.

The euro also saw an increase in value, rising by 11 kopecks to 51.07 UAH per EUR. This change is reflected in the official rates as of July 28.

According to minfin.com.ua, the average exchange rate for banks shows a slightly different picture: the USD is trading at 44.63-45.11 UAH, while the euro is at 50.75-51.49 UAH.
