Ukraine's Central Bank Lowers Official Dollar and Euro Rates on September 2

The National Bank of Ukraine has made changes to the official exchange rates for US dollars and euros as of September 2. The official US dollar exchange rate fell by 7 kopecks, while the euro weakened by 10 kopecks.

The new exchange rates are: 44.45 hryvnias per US dollar and 51.53 hryvnias per euro. This is according to data from the National Bank of Ukraine.

In contrast, cash exchange rates at banks and exchange offices show a different picture. For example, at PrivatBank, the dollar exchange rate for bank card transactions ranges from 44.25 to 44.64 hryvnias, while the euro rate ranges from 51.25 to 52.08 hryvnias.
