Ukraine's Dollar and Euro Exchange Rates Fall Amid Economic Uncertainty

The exchange rates for the US dollar and euro have fallen in Ukraine as of August 28. The dollar is currently below 45 hryvnia, while the euro remains above 51 hryvnia. According to UA.NEWS, at currency exchange offices, the average dollar exchange rate has decreased to 44.80 UAH (+3 kopecks) for selling and 44.70 UAH (+2 kopecks) for buying. The euro is currently selling for 52.14 UAH (-1 kopeck) at currency exchange offices and buying for 51.94 UAH (-1 kopeck).

PrivatBank, Oschadbank, FUIB, and Monobank have released their own exchange rates, with slight variations in the dollar and euro prices. PUMB offers the most favorable dollar selling rate at 44.70 UAH under the commercial rate. When it comes to buying currency, the best place is at PUMB for dollars at 44.40 UAH and Oschadbank via 'Mobile Oschad' for euros at 51.70 UAH.

The Ministry of Finance has also provided information on how much $1,000 is worth at different banks, with FUIB offering the lowest rate at 44,700 UAH under the commercial rate.
