Ukraine's NBU Tweaks Dollar and Euro Exchange Rates

The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) made adjustments to the official exchange rates for the US dollar and euro on September 7, 2026. The hryvnia strengthened against both currencies, with the dollar falling by 16 kopecks and the euro dropping by 15 kopecks.

The official exchange rates are now as follows: 1 US dollar is set at UAH 44.56, down from UAH 44.72 on September 4, while 1 euro is valued at UAH 51.78, compared to UAH 51.93 on the same date.

Cash exchange rates at banks and exchange offices vary between institutions but generally follow a similar trend. For example, at PrivatBank and monobank, card exchange rates for the dollar are between UAH 44.30-44.84, while for the euro they range from UAH 51.45-52.08.
