Ukrainian Hryvnia Strengthens Against Dollar and Euro

The National Bank of Ukraine has set its official exchange rates for August 14. As of Friday, the hryvnia-to-US dollar rate stands at UAH 44.70 per US dollar, while the euro-to-hryvnia rate is UAH 51.55 per euro.

Compared to Thursday's rates, the US dollar has become cheaper by one kopeck, and the euro has dropped seven kopecks from its previous rate.

The interbank market shows a slightly wider range for the dollar and euro, with prices ranging from UAH 44.70 to UAH 44.73 per dollar and from UAH 51.57 to UAH 51.59 per euro.
