US Dollar Declines 1.01% Amid Global Market Shifts
The US dollar fell in late trading on Thursday, dropping by 1.01% to 99.868 at 15:00 (1900 GMT).
This decline is reflected in its value against major currencies. The euro increased to $1.1535 from $1.1452 in the previous session, and the British pound rose to $1.3476 from $1.3364.
The US dollar also lost ground against other major currencies, buying 158.93 Japanese yen compared to 163.32 yen previously, and declining to 0.8040 Swiss francs from 0.8149 francs.
