The latest ADP National Employment Report shows a decline in private-sector hiring in the US. According to the NER Pulse, companies added an average of 15K jobs per week in the four weeks ending July 11.

This marks another pullback from the prior reading (16.5K), indicating a slowdown in hiring. The Greenback has crept higher as a result, extending its multi-day recovery and pushing the US Dollar Index (DXY) closer to its yearly peaks past the 101.00 hurdle.
