USD/CHF Bounces Off Key Support Amid Bullish Momentum
The USD/CHF exchange rate has staged a recovery after touching the 50-day Simple Moving Average of 0.7866 and the 'bearish flag' trendline. The pair currently trades at 0.7960, up 0.82% from its earlier low.
According to technical analysis, the USD/CHF is neutral to upward-biased, with momentum favoring buyers as indicated by the Relative Strength Index (RSI) above its 50-neutral level and trending higher.
To confirm a bullish continuation, the USD/CHF needs to break through August's high of 0.8135. If cleared, this will open up the possibility for the pair to challenge the top trendline of the 'bearish flag' and potentially target the yearly high of 0.8207.
