USD Surges Against Iraqi Dinar in Baghdad and Erbil Markets

The US dollar has seen an increase in value against the Iraqi dinar across markets in Baghdad and Erbil.

According to a market survey by Shafaq News, the dollar rose to around 156,500 dinars per $100 on Sunday.

In Baghdad's Al-Kifah and Al-Harithiya exchanges, the dollar traded at this rate, up from 156,350 dinars on Saturday.

Local exchange shops in Baghdad were selling the dollar for 157,000 dinars per $100 and buying it for 156,000 dinars.
