Warsh Divests $100 Million in Assets Amid Transparency Concerns
Kevin Warsh, Federal Reserve Chair, has divested over $100 million in financial holdings, as revealed by a U.S. Office of Government Ethics certificate dated May 16, 2026.
The assets were concentrated in two vehicles: interests in the Juggernaut Funds and roughly two dozen stakes held through an entity called THSDFS LLC.
Warsh had pledged to shed 'virtually all' financial assets during his April 2026 Senate confirmation hearing. He largely kept that promise, but did not disclose who bought the assets or on what terms.
Senator Elizabeth Warren has expressed concern over this lack of transparency, suggesting that Warsh could have received favors from the buyers or vice versa.
