Warsh's Speech Takes Center Stage as Treasury Yields Tread Water
Treasury yields remained relatively stable on Friday morning as investors awaited the highly anticipated keynote speech from Federal Reserve Chair Kevin Warsh at the Jackson Hole Economic Policy Symposium.
The 10-year Treasury note saw a slight increase of less than 1 basis point, reaching 4.676% at 4 a.m. ET.
The 30-year Treasury bond yield also edged up by less than 1 basis point to 5.199%, while the yield on the 2-year Treasury note remained unchanged at 4.229%.
