Wrexham AFC Teams Up with Royal Bank of Canada as Official Bank Partner

Wrexham Association Football Club (AFC) has announced Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) as its new Official Bank Partner and Back-of-Kit Sponsor. The partnership, which begins with the 2026/27 season, will see RBC's shield featured on Wrexham AFC's home, away, and third kits, above each player's name and number.

RBC, a global financial institution ranked among the world's 100 most valuable brands for 20 consecutive years, has a history of turning partnerships into platforms for impact. The bank supports global sports and entertainment initiatives, including live music and film projects.

Wrexham AFC CEO Michael Williamson welcomed RBC to the club family, emphasizing their shared commitment to community development. He highlighted Wrexham's emphasis on making its community proud and praised RBC's client-first approach.

RBC President and Chief Executive Officer Dave McKay expressed pride in partnering with a club that shares their belief in the power of community. He noted Wrexham AFC's remarkable story, including three consecutive promotions to the EFL Championship.
