Zurich Airport's Mineral Water Sales Raise 164,000 Swiss Francs for Swiss Food Bank

The Swiss Food Bank received a donation of 164.024 Swiss francs from Zurich Airport's sales campaign in January to May 2026.

The joint initiative between airport operator Flughafen Zürich AG and retail group Avolta saw the sale of mineral water in duty-free shops at a fixed price of 2.50 Swiss francs, with 50 centimes per unit donated to social initiatives.

This marks the twelfth organization to benefit from the collaborative project, which has been running in the departure area since 2014.
