$20 Million Pre-Seed Round Fuels June AI's Ambitious Enterprise Software Automation Plans
June AI, an enterprise software implementation platform, has emerged from stealth with $20 million in pre-seed funding. The company aims to automate the work required to implement and modernize enterprise software for the AI era.
The round was led by TIME Ventures, founded by Salesforce co-founder Marc Benioff, and included strategic investors such as Dell Technologies founder Michael Dell, VMware co-founder Diane Greene, Box co-founder Aaron Levie, and CrowdStrike founder George Kurtz.
June AI uses AI agents to automate the analysis, configuration, migration, and deployment work traditionally performed by implementation teams. Its platform begins with process mining, using system data and configurations to determine how a business actually operates, and then identifies technical debt and opportunities for improvement.
