$2M Settlement for Honeywell Aerospace Over Cybersecurity Allegations

Honeywell Aerospace has agreed to pay more than $2 million to settle allegations that it failed to comply with cybersecurity requirements in its contract with the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD).

The case was first brought by a whistleblower who alleged that Honeywell did not meet the necessary cybersecurity standards in its work for the DOD.

Honeywell's settlement is a significant amount, but it marks the end of a lengthy process to resolve the allegations.
