3i Infotech Names Shavee Sehajpal as New Chief Human Resources Officer

3i Infotech has appointed Shavee Sehajpal as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). With over 24 years of experience in strategic HR, organisational transformation, workforce planning and talent management, Sehajpal joins the technology company from NTT DATA, where she served as HR Head, India. Her responsibilities at NTT DATA included leading a team of 30 members supporting around 4,000 employees.

Sehajpal's experience spans various industries, including Algonomy, Honeywell and Maersk Global Service Centres. At Maersk, she supported a global workforce of 2,800 employees across India, the Philippines and China. Her earlier career includes HR roles at Wipro BPO, Allcargo Global Logistics and Tata Consultancy Services.

As CHRO, Sehajpal will be responsible for leading 3i Infotech's HR function. Her appointment comes after a career spanning domestic and international workforce operations.
