$650M Coca-Cola Investment Boosts Michigan Dairy Processing
Coca-Cola has invested $650 million in expanding Fairlife's dairy production facility in Coopersville, Michigan. The project will increase milk processing capacity by 60 percent and add around 150 to 200 direct jobs to the area.
The new facility, which is expected to be completed in early 2028, will allow Fairlife to meet growing demand for its premium dairy products. It will also cement Coopersville's position as a critical node in the Midwest dairy supply chain.
Governor Gretchen Whitmer and state agriculture officials attended the ceremonial groundbreaking, highlighting the project's support of over 400 current employees alongside the new positions.
