$68.97 Million Cybersecurity Contract Awarded to Blue Tech Inc.
Blue Tech Inc., based in San Diego, California, has secured a major cybersecurity contract worth $68.97 million from the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). The delivery order was issued under NASA's Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement V contract and includes a 12-month base year plus four additional 12-month option periods.
The award, valued at $68,973,746.85, will provide USSOCOM with a Cisco Security and Splunk 3.0 Enterprise Agreement to support its cybersecurity needs. The primary performance location is MacDill Air Force Base in Florida, home to USSOCOM's headquarters.
Cisco and Splunk's integration will bring together network security and security analytics capabilities, enabling centralized visibility, threat detection, and security operations workflows. This investment aligns with the increasing importance of cybersecurity for special operations forces, which rely heavily on secure networks and communications systems.
