AAPL Sees Surge in Spending Ahead of iPhone Launch Amid Valuation Concerns
Apple Inc., a global leader in hardware and software innovation, has seen its stock attract investor attention after a recent carrier survey revealed an 8.6% month-over-month increase in indexed spending on Apple products.
The survey by KeyBanc Capital Markets found that this surge outpaces the three-year average growth rate of 2%, suggesting renewed consumer engagement possibly linked to anticipation for the upcoming iPhone launch expected next month.
However, despite this encouraging uptick, KeyBanc retains an Underweight rating on Apple's stock, citing concerns that rising unit prices may constrain user growth and limit expansion in the lucrative Services segment, a key driver of recurring revenue for the company.
