Abel's Berkshire Sees 68% Stake in Top Five Stocks, Apple Shines as September Pick
Warren Buffett's successor at Berkshire Hathaway, Greg Abel, has adopted his predecessor's investment strategy, holding onto quality businesses for the long term.
Abel currently has 68% of the company's portfolio invested in five stocks: Apple (AAPL), American Express, Coca-Cola, Alphabet, and Bank of America.
Among these holdings, Apple stands out as a top pick for September. The company is expected to announce several key product launches at its upcoming event on Sept. 9, including the release of new iPhones and Apple Watches.
Apple's customer base has created an enormous opportunity for recurring revenue through services like digital storage and entertainment, which have reached record highs in recent quarters.
