Active Clothing Expands Pan-India Distribution with Global Brands
Active Clothing Co Ltd has secured distribution rights for four global brands - Levi's, Nike, Jordan Kids, and Ben Sherman Men's - across India. The deal with Apparel Group will enable Active Clothing to operate Shop-in-Shop formats at multi-brand stores nationwide.
The agreement is expected to generate an additional revenue opportunity of approximately ₹100 crore over the next 3-4 years, subject to market conditions and execution. This development marks a significant milestone for Active Clothing as it expands its operations beyond Upper North India.
With existing relationships in its regional markets, Active Clothing plans to leverage its capabilities on a larger scale and expand across cities, stores, and consumer markets throughout the country.
