Adecco Deploys Agentic AI Globally Across Recruitment Workflows

The Adecco Group has announced a global rollout of Agentforce Coworker across 40 countries. This move comes after a successful pilot in the UK and France, where the AI-powered tool supported work across sales, recruitment, and client/candidate engagement workflows.

Agentforce Coworker is powered by Anthropic's Claude and embedded directly in Salesforce's platform. It provides employees with a single point of access to data, systems, and organizational knowledge that was previously scattered across dozens of tools.

The rollout will extend agentic AI infrastructure into the daily workflows of 27,000 employees. Adecco has already deployed agentic AI across recruitment workflows in ten countries, representing 50% of its business revenues.
