Adobe is benefiting from expanding enterprise adoption of its Customer Experience Orchestration (CXO) portfolio as companies increasingly use artificial intelligence to automate marketing, personalize customer interactions and scale content creation.

The company's CXO offerings are key components of this strategy, with growth in GenStudio's ending annualized recurring revenues increasing more than 25% year over year in the second quarter of fiscal 2026. Subscription revenues from Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and native applications rose more than 30%, while ending ARR across GenStudio, AEP and applications, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and agentic web offerings increased more than 20%.

Adobe's expanding ecosystem could improve adoption, as its CX Enterprise integrates with Microsoft Copilot, Anthropic, OpenAI and Google Gemini. The company also partnered with NVIDIA to bring CX Enterprise Coworker capabilities to NVIDIA's enterprise-agent platform.
