Adopting AI Alone Won't Suffice: IBM Executive Warns

Ideally, organizations should rethink work in terms of tasks, automating what can be automated, collaborating with human-AI teams where value is created, and retaining human judgment when essential.

IBM's own experience shows that only 30% of employees have the level of AI literacy needed. By 2030, leaders expect this figure to rise to nearly 57%. Closing the gap requires embedding learning into work flow and fostering a culture of continuous reinvention.
