AFT Union Partners with Microsoft on AI-Powered Email Security
A Cyber Safety Review Board, established in 2021 by executive order and led by Homeland Security, released a report detailing lapses by Microsoft that led to a targeted Chinese hack last year of top U.S. government officials' email.
The board's report highlighted vulnerabilities in the Microsoft Exchange Server software used by these officials.
As a result of the findings, the American Federation of Teachers (AFT) union reached an agreement with Microsoft on AI-powered email security features for teachers and students.
