Agentforce ARR Tops $1.5B as Salesforce Expands AI Portfolio
Salesforce's Agentforce annual recurring revenue (ARR) has surpassed $1.5 billion, marking a year-over-year growth of over 240%. The latest Q2 FY27 results show that the expanded definition of Agentforce now includes AI offerings such as Slackbot and Headless 360.
The ARR milestone measures the annualized contract value of qualifying active subscription agreements, which captures the recurring annual value of those contracts. However, this figure cannot be treated as recognized quarterly sales or simply added to quarterly revenue.
Agentforce ARR is an operating metric with its own product perimeter and timing convention, making direct comparisons with earlier disclosures limited. The wider scope introduced in Q2 FY27 complicates historical comparisons, as the current definition covers more products than before.
The available disclosures do not establish that a constant set of Agentforce products grew at the same pace, only that the portfolio now counted as Agentforce has passed the headline ARR threshold and carries the stated year-over-year growth rate.
