AI Agents Fuel Software Growth as CrowdStrike Hits Record Quarter
This week's earnings reports confirmed our thesis that AI agents will drive more software usage, not less. Okta saw revenue grow 10.6% to $805 million and operating income jump 161% to $107 million.
Salesforce showed that the agent-pricing model is working, with recurring revenue from its Agentforce and Data 360 AI products more than tripling to roughly $3.9 billion.
Veeva Systems' revenue grew 18% to $928 million, and it raised full-year guidance after investors panicked in April about a software reckoning.
