AI-Driven Growth in Focus as Salesforce Concludes Indian Summit
Salesforce recently concluded its third annual Great India Sales, Marketing & Service Summit in virtual format. The event attracted over 35,000 registrations from across India and featured 30 sessions with Salesforce leaders, customers, industry experts, and partners.
The summit explored the potential of AI to drive enterprise growth, with a focus on moving beyond experimentation and towards responsible adoption. Sessions included discussions on governance, data readiness, and measurable AI outcomes, as well as masterclasses on turning intelligence into influence and building enterprise success with AI.
Rahul Dravid, former Indian cricket captain and coach, joined the summit for a leadership conversation. He shared lessons on resilience, adaptability, teamwork, and building sustained performance, qualities critical for businesses navigating AI-led transformation.
Mankiran Chowhan, Managing Director of Salesforce India, emphasized that 'India is not going digital; it's already digital.' He highlighted the need for enterprises to operate with speed, intelligence, and trust, as AI will reveal gaps in customer journeys rather than fix them. The winning enterprise will be one that operates with a clear customer truth and can act on it.
