AI Infrastructure Security Takes Center Stage as Cisco Expands Secure AI Factory
Cisco is expanding its Secure AI Factory with NVIDIA to protect AI infrastructure from silicon to agents. The architecture combines Cisco networking, NVIDIA AI infrastructure, and Supermicro rack-scale compute with security and resiliency controls across the entire AI stack.
The expansion aims to provide enterprise, neocloud, and sovereign-cloud deployments with integrated protections for users, applications, data, and increasingly autonomous agents. These protections include AI Defense, Secure Access, Hypershield, firewalls, and Splunk observability.
In other news, Clearlake Capital Group has formed a strategic partnership with Google Cloud to streamline portfolio companies' access to AI infrastructure, data platforms, cybersecurity tools, and custom models. This will give investment and operating teams a structured path to deploy AI across businesses such as Alteryx for use cases from cloud modernization to agentic workflows.
